Elecampane is highly valued in both folk and scientific phytotherapy due to its rich composition: essential oils, saponins, inulin, Vitamin E, organic acids, and minerals. The roots and rhizomes of the plant possess pronounced general tonic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Recommendation for Use: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the loose leaf tea, let it infuse for 10–15 minutes, and then strain.
Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the components (see the ingredients on the packaging). Consult a doctor before use.
